EOC’s Cosmetology students provided manicures and hair styling demonstrations during the Senior Citizens Healthy/Vanity Fun Day held Thursday, May 16 in Harlem, New York.
Senator Bill Perkins, District 30, invited the Capital District EOC to participate in the day’s activities.
